Artwork Rights and Usage Terms
Online Art Gallery Submissions: All submissions are subject to approval before inclusion. Submit up to 10 of your favorite art pieces for consideration. By submitting you assert yourself as the original artist. You grant Bee Paper permission to slightly modify and format your artwork for use in digital online art galleries on the Bee Paper, Facebook, and other related web sites. Artwork ownership rights and credit are retained by you, the original artist. Your name will be credited, and you may include a short personal bio above to accompany your gallery submission. Included testimonial comments concerning Bee Paper might appear in various media forms to promote interest in the related products. No royalty, cash or goods will be awarded in exchange for online art gallery submissions or comments.
Art Contests: Bee Paper will occasionally invite artists to participate in creative art contests. Varying awards, usage agreements, and image requirements for contest entries will be specifically outlined for your review within each contest's terms.
Package Design and Print/Web Advertising: In select cases, Bee Paper might express interest in procuring rights to use your artwork for ongoing printed and web advertising and on package design beyond gallery or contest exposure. In such instances we will contact you directly to request permission and rights through a signed contract. You will receive a one time release award for such ongoing advertising usages. Just think: Bee Paper pad covers are a great way to promote your artwork to a nationwide audience of fine artists!
